Article 1 – Definitions

1.1.
GDoubleT.com: the company operating a webshop for air conditioning systems and related products without installation services.
1.2.
Customer: any consumer or business entity entering into an agreement with GDoubleT.com.
1.3.
Consumer: a customer acting for private purposes under EU directives and national law.
1.4.
Agreement: any distance purchase agreement concluded between GDoubleT.com and the customer.
1.5.
Products: air conditioning units, parts and accessories.


Article 2 – Applicability

2.1.
These terms apply to all offers and agreements via GDoubleT.com.
2.2.
Mandatory consumer protection laws in the Netherlands and Belgium prevail where applicable.
2.3.
Any deviations are valid only if agreed in writing.


Article 3 – Offer and Information

3.1.
Product descriptions are prepared as completely and accurately as possible.
3.2.
Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind GDoubleT.com.
3.3.
Images are indicative and may differ from the actual product.


Article 4 – Prices

4.1.
All prices include VAT for consumers within the EU.
4.2.
Standard transport costs are displayed before purchase.
4.3.
Prices may be changed before the agreement is concluded.


Article 5 – Formation of Agreement

5.1.
The agreement is concluded once the order is placed and confirmed.
5.2.
Orders may be refused or subject to additional conditions.


Article 6 – Payment

6.1.
Payment must be completed using available payment methods.
6.2.
Orders are processed after payment unless agreed otherwise.
6.3.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation.


Article 7 – Delivery

7.1.
Delivery takes place at the specified address in NL, BE or available EU countries.
7.2.
Delivery times are indicative.
7.3.
Customers are informed in case of delays.
7.4.
Risk transfers upon delivery.


Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

8.1.
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days after receipt.
8.2.
Products and packaging must be handled carefully.
8.3.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after return excluding transport costs.
8.4.
Returns must be reported to GDoubleT.com in advance. After the return request has been submitted, GDoubleT.com will provide the return address to the customer
8.5.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
8.6.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
  • Products that have been specially ordered or custom-made for the customer.

 

 

Article 9 – Conformity and Warranty

9.1.
Products must comply with the agreement and with the reasonable expectations of the consumer under applicable EU consumer law.
9.2.

For consumers:

  • Dutch consumer law applies in the Netherlands.
  • Belgian Economic Law applies in Belgium.
9.3.
Any manufacturer warranty does not affect statutory consumer rights.
9.4.
Defects must be reported within a reasonable period after discovery.

 

 

Article 10 – Use and Installation

10.1.
GDoubleT.com supplies products only and does not provide installation services.
10.2.
The customer is responsible for correct and safe installation by a qualified installer.
10.3.
GDoubleT.com is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or improper use.
10.4.
The customer must comply with national regulations, including F-gas regulations.
10.5.
Customers must return all required F-gas documentation completed by email within one year after product purchase.

 

 

Article 11 – Liability

11.1.
GDoubleT.com is only liable for direct damage caused by failure to fulfill obligations.
11.2.
Liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.
11.3.
This limitation does not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
11.4.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
11.5.
If Article 10.5 is not complied with and this results in penalties, sanctions, or additional costs for GDoubleT.com, those costs may be recovered from the customer.

 

 

Article 12 – Force Majeure

12.1.
In case of force majeure including transport disruptions, supplier failures, or natural disasters, GDoubleT.com may suspend or terminate the agreement.
12.2.
No compensation is payable in such situations.

 

 

Article 13 – Complaints and Disputes

13.1.
Complaints may be submitted through the contact information on the website.
13.2.
GDoubleT.com aims to process complaints within 14 days.
13.3.
Consumers within the EU may use the European Commission ODR platform.

 

 

Article 14 – Privacy and Data Protection

14.1.
GDoubleT.com processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.
14.2.
See the privacy statement on the website for additional information.

 

 

Article 15 – Applicable Law

15.1.
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
15.2.
Belgian consumers may rely on mandatory Belgian consumer protection legislation.
15.3.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court according to European regulations.

Article 17 – Final Provisions

17.1.
If any provision becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
17.2.
GDoubleT.com may amend these terms; the latest version is always available on the website.
